Privacy
What we store, who can see it, and what we never touch. This describes the system as built, not as intended.
What we store
- Your account — name, email, city, and an avatar if you upload one.
- Contact details — phone number and UPI id, if you add them.
- Your jobs — the model file, its measurements, material, colour and settings.
- Location — the area you post from, and a map pin if you set one, rounded to about 11 metres. Enough to rank printers by distance, not enough to be a doorstep.
- Delivery address — only on delivery jobs, and only for that job.
- Orders and payments — amounts, status, and Razorpay's reference. Never card numbers.
- Messages — as sent, with phone numbers masked automatically.
What we never collect
Card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or bank credentials. Payment happens inside Razorpay's window; those details never reach our servers. We do not track you across other websites.
Who can see what
Access is enforced by the database itself, not only by the app, so a rule holds whichever way the data is requested.
- Your name, avatar and city are visible to anyone signed in — they appear on jobs, quotes and reviews.
- Your phone number and UPI id are visible only to you. They are kept in a separate table that nobody else can read, including printers you work with.
- Your model file is readable by you, and by a printer while your job is offered to them or assigned to them. Nobody else, at any point.
- Your delivery address is shown to a printer only after they have accepted your job.
- Your messages are readable by you and the other person in that thread.
Who else touches your data
- Supabase — hosts the database, files and authentication.
- Razorpay — processes payments, refunds and payouts.
- Vercel — serves the website.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it beyond what running the service needs.
How long we keep it
Jobs, orders and messages are kept while your account exists, because they are the record a dispute would be decided on. Financial records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires, which is longer than the rest.
Deleting your account
Ask us and we will delete your account, your model files and your contact details. Completed orders are kept in an anonymised form — we are required to retain financial records, and the other side of a transaction has a right to their own history.
Your models
A model you upload stays yours. We do not use it for anything except getting it printed, and printers are required to delete it after the job. If you want it removed from our storage sooner, ask.
